Fleets

At East Calgary Registry, we have a dedicated team which specializes in registration of commercial fleets. The team is led by an Account Manager who possesses over 20 years of experience in vehicle registrations. If you own or work for a company which owns 10 or more commercially-registered vehicles, please contact us to find out how we can simplify your vehicle registrations. We can set your company up for payment by monthly statement so you can play for plate transfers, abstracts and searches all together, on approved credit.

In order to qualify for the Alberta Fleet Program, the vehicles must be commercially registered. Dealers and Prorated vehicles are not eligible for the fleet program.

The default date for fleet renewal in Alberta is December, but you can opt for a different month when you set up your fleet. You can also opt to renew quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Be sure to ask our Account Manager for advice on how to set up your fleet to best meet the needs of your business.

In order to register vehicles as a fleet, you will need to apply to Alberta Transportation to obtain fleet status. Contact us today for help with this process.
